Q: How much will this cost?

A: Much less than you might imagine! Our fees are agreed with our clients at the outset and are based on factors such as staff numbers, the likely duration of the project, the manpower we will need to allocate to the project and the geographical search area. Once agreed, our fee will not change during the course of a project. The exact fee will ultimately depend on the particular circumstances and requirements of a client, but we will always ensure that our fee is dwarfed by the demonstrable savings we make for our clients.

Q: How do you structure your fees?

A: We structure our fees in such a way as to demonstrate the efficacy of our services throughout the course of the project. An initial third is payable when we start working for our clients. A second third becomes payable when the property is in solicitors’ hands, so that our clients must be perfectly happy to proceed with the property before we receive that second payment. The final third, of course, is paid when the project is concluded and the clients are happily settled in their new ‘home’.

Q: What is a reasonable timeframe?

A: Certainly it’s going to be quicker working with us than without! The timeframe will, inevitably, be dictated by the specific requirements and challenges of each project, but our experience and expertise in dealing with landlords, agents, solicitors, contractors and everyone else involved in the project, allows us to keep close control over schedules and deadlines. We’ve seen all the potential pitfalls before (there are many out there!), and we are well equipped to identify and manage them so that the relocation is completed successfully in the shortest possible time.

Q: What if you can’t find us a suitable property?

A: We are happy to say that this is not a situation, even with our many years of experience, we have had to address! The commercial property sector is a dynamic environment, even in ‘quiet’ markets. With our many contacts, our attention to detail, our professional approach and the expertise afforded by numerous property searches, we are equipped to ensure that our clients move into properties which they consider perfect for their needs.

Q: Why wouldn’t I just do this myself?

A: Of course you could do it using in-house resources, but do you really have the time and personnel with the necessary understanding of all the issues and potential risks across the whole of your business?
